Handmade Leather Shopper in dark havana

I'm proud to post the pictures of the first leather bag (shoopper or tote bag) I have made, in dark havana with blue handles, fillets and latch. It measures 44 x 39 x 13 cm (more or less 17" x 15" x 5").

While this is the tubular latch, which fastens on a brass Sam Browne stud on the opposite side. The inside is lined with the same leather for the first 5 inches, both for aesthetical and functional reasons:

Here's the bottom, reinforced with veg tanned leather in a manner that the bag can be collapsed without forming ugly wrinkles on front and side faces:

As every item I post on this blog, also this bas is entirely handmade and hand stitched. I will post more about this bag later, as I have shot pictures during the whole creation process.
