Terzo giorno di lavorazione: inizio scarnendo le estremità che andranno cucite e le parti che verranno bombate ed imbottite.Le prime le faccio a mano utilizzando il coltello a mezzaluna, le seconde con una piccola scarnitrice manuale.La realizzazione dei passanti: Il taglio:La cucitura:La sagomatura:Il frontalino... finalmente si cuce davvero! La parte in cuoio precedentemente abbassata con la scarnitrice e l'anima dell'imbottitura (composta da una parte in cuoio e una striscia di neoprene incollate insieme): L'imbottitura foderata, pronta ad essere applicata:Il frontalino incollato e pronto per essere cucito. Per ottenere l'effetto bombato, interpongo uno spezzone di corda tra il cuoio e l'imbottitura.Il primo punto di cucitura:Dopo un'ora e mezza di lesina, aghi e filo questo è il risultato:A seguire, il sovracapo e i due portamorso.
